Chartlex Video Terms

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The rules for Chartlex Video, in plain words. Please read them before you buy.

  1. Who we are

Chartlex runs Chartlex Video. When we say we, us or our, we mean Chartlex. When we say you, we mean the person who buys a campaign.

These terms apply when you buy or use Chartlex Video at app.chartlex.com/youtube. If they differ from Chartlex's general terms, these terms come first for Chartlex Video.

  2. What Chartlex Video is

Chartlex Video runs your music video as an ad on YouTube, through Google Ads. You pick the video, the budget and the countries. We set up and run the ad in our Google Ads account.

Your ad is shown only in the countries you pick. People see it before or next to other videos, and they choose to watch it or skip it.

You can find your ad views in your own YouTube Studio, under the traffic source “YouTube advertising”.

  3. What your price includes

You pay one price, once. It has two parts.

Your ad budget: 65% of what you pay. We spend it at Google, on your ad.

Our service fee: 35% of what you pay. It pays for checking your video against Google's ad rules, setting up the ad, the targeting, running the campaign and your dashboard.

For example, on a $250 campaign, $162.50 is your ad budget and $87.50 is our service fee.

Your receipt says that the price includes our service fee. If you ask, we send you a report of what Google charged for your ad, with its views, clicks and impressions.

  4. Paying

You pay upfront at checkout. Shopify handles the payment for us. Prices are in US dollars.

It is one payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your card statement shows CHARTLEX. We email you a receipt.

If something looks wrong on your card, email us first at info@chartlex.com. We will look into it and sort it out quickly.

  5. When your ad runs

After you pay, we check your video against Google's ad rules and set up your ad. Google also reviews every ad. Your ad usually goes live within 1 to 2 days of your payment.

Your ad runs for about the number of days shown at checkout. Google decides how fast it spends the budget each day, so the end date can move by a few days.

  6. Your video

Your video must be on YouTube and set to public or unlisted. Private videos cannot run as ads. We never ask for your YouTube password.

You must own the video and the music in it, or have the right to promote them.

You let us use your video link, title and channel name to run your ad and to show it in your dashboard. You keep all your rights.

  7. Refunds

If Google won't run your video and we can't fix it with you, we refund everything you paid.

If your ad can't spend all of its ad budget, we refund the part of the ad budget that was not spent.

Once your ad has gone live, our service fee is not refunded, except where we made a mistake or where the law says we must.

To claim, write to info@chartlex.com within 30 days of your payment. We pay it back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

This is on top of your legal rights. It does not replace them.

  8. YouTube and results

YouTube and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC. Chartlex is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Google decides which ads run and how views are counted. Google Ads, YouTube Studio and the public view count each count views a little differently, so the numbers won't match exactly.

Views and subscribers that come from ads do not count toward the YouTube Partner Program (monetization).

We do not guarantee any number of views, subscribers, watch time or other results. Any number we show before you buy is an estimate. Results differ from video to video.

  9. Our responsibility

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the campaign.

We are not responsible for what YouTube, Google or other platforms do.

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you.

  10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your campaign are the ones shown when you paid. These terms were last updated on October 7, 2026.

The laws of Latvia apply to these terms. You keep the consumer rights of the country you live in. Our privacy policy is at www.chartlex.com/privacy.
