What is Chartlex Plus?
Chartlex Plus is a monthly Spotify promotion plan from Chartlex for independent artists. You pick the songs. Your promo runs across the month. You check the results in your own Spotify for Artists.
What results should I expect?

Is this safe for my Spotify account?
Yes. We never ask for your Spotify password, only a public link to your song. Your promo is spread across the whole month, not all at once. You can check everything in your own Spotify for Artists.
Do you need my Spotify password?
No. You paste a public link to your song. We never ask for your Spotify password.
When does my month start?
Your month starts the day you pay. Your promo starts once your song is added. Spotify for Artists usually shows it 2 to 3 days later, so give the first days some time.
What will I see on my card statement?
Your card statement shows CHARTLEX. We also email you a receipt for your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. We won’t charge you again.
What if my promo doesn’t run as described?
You get your first payment back. “As described” means your promo runs on your song across the month, from the day you add it. If it doesn’t in your first month, reply to any Chartlex Plus email or write to info@chartlex.com within 30 days of your first payment. We pay it back to the card you paid with. This is about how we run your plan. We never promise streams, playlists, followers or listeners, so those are not covered.
How does switching songs work?
Every two weeks you can pick a different song. Choose the new one in your dashboard. Your promo then runs for that song.
What if I release a new song?
Put it in at your next song switch. Or add it as a second song.
Can I add a song or change plans?
Yes, from your dashboard. A song you add later is $59 a month, billed from the day you add it. Bundle prices are for songs you start together, like an EP or an album. You can also switch songs every two weeks, or go down to fewer songs from your next charge.
