Why are my numbers different from Spotify for Artists?
Our numbers are the daily streams Chartlex tracks for the songs on your plan. Spotify for Artists counts every play of your song from every source, so its numbers are different and will not match ours. You are welcome to check both side by side.
Do I have to switch songs?
No. Switching is up to you. Each song can be switched every two weeks, and the new song starts on a Tuesday or Friday, at least two days after you switch.
When am I charged?
Each plan is charged on the same date every month, the day you started it. You can see every date on the Plan tab.
